The apartment is all on one floor and consists of the lounge/dining area with a large corner sofa that easily transforms to a full size double bed, plus a separate double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The living area is bright and spacious with double aspect views onto open countryside. Amenities include Freesat television and DVD player, with a wi-fi internet connection available on request. Washing machine available on request. There is a selection of family books and DVDs.

The unusual dining table seats four. When it is not in use its unique space saving design ensures there is plenty of living space.

The kitchen overlooks the rear garden. It is fully equipped with microwave, electric hob & oven and fridge. Use of a washing machine is available. Bed and breakfast guests are provided with all the ingredients for a very complete cooked breakfast plus cereals, milk, bread etc.

The double bedroom is comfortable and airy. All linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom is well appointed, with bath and electric shower plus mirror light and shaving point. The whole apartment is kept warm by underfloor heating.

There is ample off-road parking.
